BOOKS
In addition to blog posts and articles, I've co-written two books on yoga.
Teaching Yoga Beyond The Poses, co-written with Sage Rountree is for seasoned practitioners of yoga and yoga professionals. The aim of the book is to take teachers and seasoned students beyond the poses, and offer a fresh perspective on creating meaningful themes for yoga classes. It's part workbook, part journal, and includes a template for crafting yoga themes that resonate.

Lifelong Yoga, co-written with Sage Rountree, examines yoga for healthy aging, including poses, sequences, and how yoga philosophy can inform our attitudes toward getting older. It's a great book for new practitioners of yoga, as the instruction is clear and the images of poses show lots of options. The sequences are simple without being easy, and the introduction to philosophy is approachable and applicable.
