Three weekends: APRIL 16-18, MAY 7-9, JUNE 4-6 ONLINE
Learn to teach Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga! The needs, joys, and challenges specific to parents and women before, during, and after childbearing offers teachers the opportunity to deeply connect with parents during these momentous, transformational times in life. This 85 hour intensive will focus on a wide range of yoga for people in all phases and stages of parenthood and motherhood—from fertility and preconception to prenatal and postnatal yoga to yoga for parent and baby and beyond. It meets the requirements of the Prenatal Teacher Training standards of Yoga Alliance (YA).This unique offering is perfect for yoga teachers, doulas, childbirth educators, and other care providers.

Extend your weekend and join me and Lauren Sacks on Monday, April 26 beginning at 9 AM for a one day, socially-distanced Yoga for Motherhood retreat at The Barn at Valhalla. We'll start with a moderately invigorating morning yoga practice, move into facilitated group discussion, and enjoy an outdoor lunch box. In the afternoon, there will be some personal time to explore the property, read, write, receive individual yoga instruction or relax. After that, we'll do more yoga and enjoy a couple of special surprises! The Whole Mama Yoga day-long retreat will end at 4:00 PM.
